Our organisational concept has been implemented to enable everyone to live up to their full potential and to continue to evolve.

As autonomy is one of EUTOMATION-SCANSYS's core values, we are investing in our employees' wellbeing by encouraging continuous development of their skills and expertise and implementation of new technologies.

A pleasant working environment

In 2017 we doubled the size of our premises, and we reorganised our company so that everyone could enjoy a modern, bright environment which favours dialogue and communication.

This means more working and storage space, a larger car park, creation of an outdoor eating area, additional meeting rooms, team-building days, flexible working hours, etc.

A progressive salary policy

Comprises pension/health insurance, luncheon vouchers, holiday and long-services bonuses, company profit-share scheme, 15 days additional holiday/year, etc.

We also offer a progressive remuneration package according to ability and experience, and the possibility of tackling technological innovation in a company on a human scale, which places emphasis on its employees' independence and creativity.
